East Cheshire NHS Patients

AIM Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy services at Holmes Chapel Health Centre for East Cheshire NHS patients. Self-referrals are now accepted via In Health for patients who are registered with a GP practice in East Cheshire.

If you have a new pain in a joint/muscle or bone that is not ‘just going away’ or a previous problem that has not been seen by a therapist for over a year then you may benefit from seeing a physiotherapist.

If you have symptoms that have not responded to recent treatment or you are concerned by any changes in your symptoms then speak to your GP.

Aim Physiotherapy treat a variety of conditions and symptoms ranging from acute post-operative rehab to treatment of long standing pain and chronic conditions.
